Full Disclosure: The headphones that come with the unit are, hmmm, okay I guess but you should get a better pair if you really want a good time with your Creative Zen.  The navigation buttons can be a bit stiff, but this is just temporary.  Frequent use will soon make them as soft as a baby’s b…I mean feet.  The unit does not come with its own adapter so get one, too, while you get a better pair of headphones.
